You have chosen accommodation that want to rent to find out about some of the rules and conditions of the lease:

To carry out the reservation you send Alfa real estate the following documents: a special form with your data, copies of passports and birth certificates of all the living. Upon receipt of your documents days Alfa Real Estate sends you notification of the reservation.

After this notification, all the possible variations between the parties agree and are made only in writing (changing the number of residents, time, date of arrival and departure, etc.)

Cancellations by you for any reason, not less than 30 days before the arrival date, you are charged with damages amounting to 10%, if you notify for 7-29 days, then you will be charged with 50%, and if in 6 days and less then 100%.

The first payment is made by you within 4 days after receiving notice of reservation of 30% of the total rental if you book at least 30 days prior to arrival date, (the remaining amount paid prior to arrival) .If booking is  realized in a more later date, later than 30 days,you should pay  at a rate of 100%.

Upon receipt of your payment object is excluded from the list of rental offers for other customers.

Payment is made by bank transfer or by credit through a virtual terminal.

Check in and rented accommodation – from 16 hour to 12 hour outbound.
All the necessary documentation relating to the lease, key collection takes place in the office during working hours (from 9:00 to 18:00, except for Saturdays and Sundays and public holidays), the terms of the interactions of schedule is consistent with  Alfa Real Estate in advance.

If you have changed your arrival time, you shouid notify  our company.

Mandatory deposit
You pay at the time of entry in the amount of 290 euros for a house with 1 bedroom, 390 euros for a house with 2 bedrooms and 490 euros for a house with 3 bedrooms. The deposit is refunded on departure after checking the proper preservation of all leased property.

It is forbidden to transfer and sublease the leased property, or to place unauthorized persons not declared at time of reservation, place the animals without approval, smoking inside the property, violate the rules of stay in the urbanization, to spoil the leased property.

During exception misunderstandings You should report any defect in the property on the first day of arrival. The later discovery of damage and defects in the property will be regarded as damage caused by you. So be careful and on the first day, inspect the condition of the entire property.
